Sharing Conversations

Share your AI analyst conversations with teammates and collaborators.

Neurelect’s share feature allows you to create public links to your AI analyst conversations, so you can collaborate with teammates or share insights with stakeholders.

NOTE

Shared conversations are publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

How it works

When you share a conversation, Neurelect:

  • Creates a unique public URL for your conversation
  • Takes a snapshot of your conversation at the time of sharing
  • Makes the conversation accessible via a shareable link
Snapshot behavior

Only messages that exist at the time of sharing are included. New messages added after sharing won’t appear in the shared view.

Creating a shared link

To share a conversation:

  1. Open the AI analyst sidebar
  2. Find the conversation you want to share in the chat history
  3. Click the dropdown menu next to the conversation
  4. Select Share
  5. Review the message preview in the share dialog
  6. Click Copy link to copy the URL to your clipboard

The shared link format is: neurelect.com/share/<share-id>

Revoking access

To stop sharing a conversation and remove it from public access:

  1. Open the conversation you previously shared
  2. Click the dropdown menu and select Share
  3. In the share dialog, click Revoke access

This will immediately disable the share link and delete the shared data. Anyone with the old link will no longer be able to access the conversation.

Privacy

There are a few things to keep in mind when sharing a conversation.

What gets shared

Shared conversations include:

  • The full conversation history (up to the snapshot time)
  • All messages and AI responses
  • Tool invocations and their results
  • Conversation title and metadata

Recommendations

  • Only share conversations that don’t contain sensitive information
  • Review the message preview in the share dialog before sharing
  • Revoke shared conversations when collaboration is complete
  • Avoid sharing conversations with proprietary data or confidential voter information
  • Remember that shared links are publicly accessible to anyone

Getting started

  1. Navigate to the AI analyst in your campaign dashboard
  2. Start or open an existing conversation
  3. Click the dropdown menu next to the conversation in the sidebar
  4. Select Share and copy the generated link
